The first tune, John Roy Lyall, was written by Scottish Dance band leader Eddie Edmonds for his father in law, John Roy Lyall.

Second on the tune list are the Highlands of Banffshire.

This area of Scotland has been famous for some of the best Strathspey dancers in the country, aswell as some beautiful scenery!

The last tune, Carnie's Canter, was composed by Scott Skinner and reminds me of a horse ride on a really gusty day in the Scottish Highlands.
