Events Update
===========
And a quick events update on the recent jam session that
we did live from the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games.
It was just a totally fun experience.
Thank you to our, on the spot reporter, Robin Mcleod Ingram
for the live experience which allowed everyone to connect
with the games.
It was actually really fun.
And I did an online Scottish fiddle competition.
I competed in an online Scottish fiddle competition at
the games for the first time, getting fourth place and best reel.
Plant Loneliness
=============
Now, with everyone returned to work, experts have actually
warned of plant loneliness.
Plants pick up on the vibrations of what's going on around them.
It could be your pets or it could be yourself speaking or the radio
playing.
If there is no one around in the course or no music playing, then
there is potential silence in the house and therefore, no vibrations.
So why not play your plants some Celtic music whilst you are
in the house or let them listen to it when you are away from the house.
Roaming Free, an album by myself and Rory Sinclair, Scottish
guitarist, that you can download from www.celticfiddleguru.com
is a great choice to start with.
It’s a cheery and energetic album.
And remember a few tunes a day, help your plants breathe,
rest and play.
Weather Update
============
It’s time for a music weather update.
There's a warm weather welcome awaiting for the month of August.
