Colin MacLeod

The Celtic Fiddle Guru · School of Celtic Fiddle Mastery

Originally from the Scottish Highlands near Inveraray in Argyll, Colin is a fiddle player, educator, and cultural storyteller who brings together traditional music, creative learning, and a deep interest in how sound supports connection and wellbeing.

His work spans Celtic festivals in Australia, the National Folk Festival, the Unwinding Trauma — Building Resiliency programme, and play-by-ear workshops from Virginia to Texas. The Cymatics Experience reflects his belief that music is vibration, movement, energy, and connection — not just notes on a page.

Come and see sound differently.
