John MacFadyen of Melfort is a pipe march composed by the famous piper J. MacColl.
Mr. MacColl did many different things in his lifetime.
These included piping compositions, teaching, playing soccer and playing the bagpipes for ceremonial occasions.
He grew up in Argyll and made major contributions to Scottish piping over the 19th and 20th Centuries.
